This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Jhotter subscriptions, operated by jhotter.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@jhotter.app with your order details and we will assist with the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. After cancellation, you continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After the 30-day window, paid periods that have already started are non-refundable except where required by law.
