These Terms govern your use of Jhotter (the "Service"), provided by jhotter ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

Subscriptions, payment and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices, included usage, and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund via paddle.net.

Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, interfering with security, or scraping.

Your content

You retain ownership of the notes and exports you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

AI output

AI-generated trackers and summaries are provided as drafts and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them before sharing or relying on them, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. Outputs are not suitable as professional advice without human oversight.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service and its underlying software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where excluded by law (fraud, death or personal injury).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
